Terms of Business

Contract:  Upon booking a service you will receive a confirmation email and or message as preferred, further contact will be made in resort to finalise arrangements.

Payment: You might be required to pay a deposit when booking online and the rest prior to the start of the booked excursions/services.

Cancellation:  We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy where your trip can be refunded or amended.  Where trips are cancelled within 24 hours, no refund or amendment will be obligated.  However, we recognise some circumstances can be outside of your control so we aim to be flexible in these situations.
